2011 Dates and Locations Coming Soon.
Each location will host a 2 hour training along with the top 12 finalists in each city competing in a mix-off. The wild card round will have the 12 finalists chosen and they will continue to compete on-line with a second cocktail submission that will be determined by the judges. The wild card winner will be selected on-line and flown to Miami to compete in the grand finale against the other location winners.
