Submit an Original Recipe

Take the Tropics to a new level with your innovative recipe. Prepare an original signature cocktail utilizing at least one Bacardi rum and Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut along with the other ingredient specifics listed in rules and regulations. Submit your detailed recipe online, along with a signature name and complete list of ingredients and preparation instructions until 8th for Los Angeles, August 10th for Chicago and to August 17th for Aruba. For participants in any other US city, Puerto Rico, or Miami please submit recipes online until September 10, 2010. Each location and the wild card round will have 12 top finalists selected from submitted recipes. Each location will have a mix-off of the top 12 finalists in their city to determine a winner and the wild card finalists will continue to compete online in a second round to determine the winner in that round. The winner of each location and the wild card round will be flown to Miami to compete in the grand finale and a chance to win $1000 cash prize.
