The wild card round will be available for any bartender located in the US where a competition is not being held in 2010. Individuals should follow the same rules and regulations for submission. The submissions in these locations will be narrowed down to 12 and those individuals will be notified via email and provided the instructions for the second cocktail submission.

Served: Collins or Zombie glass,
Method: Combine all ingredients
in a mixing glass with
ice except for the foam.
Shake and strain into
glass with crushed ice.

.5 tsp Yellow Mae Ploy Thai Curry Paste
1 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Bundaberg Australian Ginger Beer
2 leaves fresh Basil
8” piece Lemongrass
1 edible Orchid flower
1 small sprig of Basil
Muddle 2 basil leaves and lime juice in mixing glass. Add rum, Coco Lopez & curry paste to mixing glass and shake with ice. Fine strain into collins glass full of fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemongrass, basil sprig & orchid.

5 pieces fresh mango
.5 oz Coco Lopez
1.5 oz. Bacardi Coco
1 oz. Guava Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
.25 oz. Monin Pure Cane Syrup
Muddle mango, coco lopez and pure cane syrup. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and pour into highball glass.
